Our Clinic Team

  • Alison Gray
    Physiotherapist - BHSc.(PT)., M.A.

    Speaks: English
    Alison graduated from McMaster University with an M.A. in 1997 and a BHSc. (Physiotherapy) in 1999. She has lived and worked in Stratford, ON, since 2005. She currently works in Stratford several days a week and Petrolia 2 days a week, as well as working as Regional Director for Southwestern Ontario. Alison is a McKenzie Therapist and Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Alison has focused her training on pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain, pre and postnatal physiotherapy and continence training. She has completed multiple pelvic health courses with Pelvic Health Solutions, has a level 2 certification in The Hypopressive Method, completed courses in The Rost approach to pelvic girdle and low back pain in pregnancy. Alison has training in coping with sexual dysfunction and has completed training in Bulletproof Your Core with Antony Lo to aid women in fitness, crossfit and HIIT programs with their pelvic floors. More recently Alison has become qualified to work and fit pessaries, work with clients with pudendal neuralgia and aid clients with oncology and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

  • Nirali Mehta
    Physiotherapist - Registered Physiotherapist

    Speaks: English, Hindi, Gujarati
    Nirali graduated from the Gujarat University in India with an Honors Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. She passed her physiotherapy license exam in Canada and graduated in 2018. Nirali worked as a physiotherapist in India and has experience treating a variety of patients back home. During her residency in Canada she worked in multiple private clinics the GTA. She is currently working as a Clinical team Manager as well as physiotherapist at Springbank and Stratford location. Nirali's areas of expertise include: Pelvic floor therapy (Women and Men), acupuncture, dry needling and IMS, concussion therapy, manual therapy, soft tissue release, CRPS. Nirali has felt compelled to pursue further postgraduate education in pelvic health so she can combine her knowledge of the nervous system, pain management and pelvic health to better address these issues with her clients. She has completed her 3 levels of pelvic floor training level and she treats variety of Female and Male pelvic floor conditions. She has done her level A and B McKenzie training and she treats different lower back condition with McKenzie approach.Nirali also has experience treating vertigo and TMJ (jaw) patients. Presently Nirali is also practicing in the community care Physiotherapist. Nirali provides effective, evidence-based, meaningful care in a supportive, respectful and kind environment. She prides herself on individualized, one-on-one treatment and develops exercise programs geared toward the level and goals of the patient. She believes that she will keep updating her skills and knowledge by taking advanced level courses. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, spending time with her husband and two huskies.

  • Michelle Paola
    Registered Massage Therapist - RMT

    Speaks: English
    Michelle graduated from Wilfred Laurier University in 2003, and the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2006. She has been a part of the Stratford ptHealth team since 2012. Michelle was voted one of ptHealths most important team members and won a VIP award in 2015. Michelle enjoys working with people to help them continue to live a pain free life. She enjoys coming to work everyday with her coworkers who brighten everyone's day with their positive attitude.

  • Andrea Kennel
    Physiotherapy Support Personnel

    Speaks: English
    Andrea graduated from the occupational/physiotherapy assistant program at Conestoga College in 2011. After graduating she has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings including orthopedic clinics and nursing homes. She has also worked at Conestoga College for four semesters as a teacher assistant in the OTA/PTA program. Andrea has taken additional courses in soft tissue release and concussion management. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, travelling, cross country skiing and spending time with friends and family.

  • Jennifer Noordhof
    Patient Coordinator - Floater

    Jennifer graduated from the University of Waterloo too many years ago to mention! She has worked as the full time PC at Stratford Physiotherapy for five years now. Jennifer appreciates the "team approach" that all of her coworkers exemplify. She always has fun and enjoys going to work each and every day. She has had the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people! Jennifer is fondly referred to as the "gate keeper" of the clinic. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their amazing family which includes four children , a son in law and a beautiful granddaughter !

  • Victoria Dears
    Patient Coordinator - Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies

    Victoria is excited to be a part of a team of fantastic coworkers at Stratford Physiotherapy Centre as a Patient Coordinator.She initially joined the pt Health team in 2016. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies in 2011. She has a strong background in customer service, with a specialization in working with children and youth. Victoria is one of the first faces you will see upon entering the clinic. With a strong background in customer service, she loves getting to meet new people on a daily basis and from strong bonds with existing patients. She truly looks forward to coming to work on a daily basis because she is surrounded by a talented and inspiring team. In her free time she loves reading, collecting classic rock LPs, and spending time with her loved ones. She is a massive Stephen King fan, owns nearly all of his books and has been reading all of his works in chronological order. Next time you stop by the clinic, ask which ones are her favourite.

  • Chad Fink
    Chiropractor - BA (Hons), DC

    Speaks: English
    Dr. Chad Fink is from the small town of Rostock, just north of Stratford. Throughout his youth sports career, Dr. Chad played a variety of sports where he developed an interest in athletics, performance and health. Dr. Chad’s sport of choice is fast pitch softball. Currently, he plays for the Sebringville Sting, but has played and participated in 8 ISC World Championships, 2 Canadian Championships, and was a member of the 2009 Northwest Territories territorial team that competed at the North American Championship. After completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Western University, Dr. Chad attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Chad was an active member in his class during his time at CMCC, serving as Co-Class President for 2 years, participating in numerous extracurricular, and winning three academic-based awards. Today, Dr. Chad is a hands-on, diversified practitioner who treats musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on spinal health. Treatments can consist of education, manipulation, soft tissue work, acupuncture, and exercise. He is a strong advocate for providing patients with the tools that they require to reach their health and wellness goals. Dr. Chad is a trained Mental Health First Aid provider and a certified Athletic Movement Assessment practitioner. He continues to participate in educational seminars and courses, and is looking to expand his knowledge in concussion rehabilitation.

    Navneet graduated with a physiotherapy degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. She has extensive experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain. When it comes to working with clients, Navneet is thorough and engaged. In her practice, she is well versed in treating a variety of patients including musculoskeletal, neurological, motor vehicle injuries, Work related injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical and post fracture conditions, long-term and short-term disabilities. She is trained in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Mulligan Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Concussion. She lives in Woodstock with husband and son. In her free time, Navneet like reading, staying active by working out, and exploring nature with her son.
