Keith’s passion for physiotherapy stems from his participation in numerous sports and having sustained injuries himself. Through his experience, he has gained an understanding of the difficulty an injury can place on an individual’s quality of life. Keith believes that through a proper rehabilitation program, not only will clients reach their goals but will have the knowledge and understanding to help prevent the injury from happening again.
Keith originates from Belnan, Nova Scotia, but has spent the last three years in Alberta where he has gained valuable experience within the physiotherapy profession. He is excited to finally return to the east coast to share the knowledge and experience that he has acquired. He not only preaches an active lifestyle but lives one as well. He loves to play hockey but also plays squash, softball, and soccer. He enjoys being outside mountain biking, running, hiking, and camping.
Since graduating from Dalhousie University with his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy, Keith has certification to perform functional dry needling, traditional acupuncture, and has taken numerous manual and manipulative therapy courses. Through his experience and diverse treatment approaches, he individualizes his treatment plans ensuring his clients reach their goals.
Keith has most recently completed both the Arthritis Society’s Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program.
